Are all shoes 100% authentic?

 

 

Everything you will EVER see on our site is 100% authorized authentic directly from Nike themselves.

 

This is the fee you pay us to get the shoes in your Nike.com cart, instead of paying resell or pre-order price you pay a much cheaper fee AND retail to Nike. You will only be paying us the fee.

 

After you place your order for the In Cart Service you will receive an email from us 2 days before release asking for the following:

 

How are you selling these shoes for under retail?

 

This is the fee you pay us to get the shoes in your Nike.com cart, instead of paying resell or pre-order price you pay a much cheaper fee AND retail to Nike. You will only be paying us the fee.

 

How does this work?

 

Nike.com login email

Nike.com password

Phone number that can receive texts

 

Once we receive the email back from you with the information we will contact you once again the night before release to check all bases and make sure we are on the same page.

 

Morning of release you will wake up BEFORE 8am ET, wait on Nike.com until you receive a text from us telling you to login OR 8:04am ET, whichever comes first.

 

From there you will proceed with checkout and pay for the shoe and have it shipped where you want it to be.

 

Is this 100% Guaranteed?

 

 

Unfortunetly not, if you have ever tried to get a very limited release on Nike.com then you know how disfunctional they are, with that being said you are entitled to a 100% refund if we do fail to add to your cart.

 

 

How does shipping work?

 

You control shipping 100%, since you will be shipping from Nike you control where, and how fast shipping is.

 

 

How do we receive a refund if you fail to get item in cart?

 

You must request a refund within 3 days of release and be prepared to provide your Order number and whatever other information we need in order to see why we did not get your item in cart.

 

Oversleepers do NOT get a refund, if we get the item in your cart and you for some reason do not checkout we do not give a refund, our job is to get it in your cart and yours is to check out. If Nike has problems and does not let you check out you can always email us and let us know and we will work with you.

 

Early cancelation fee is 20%, if you cancel before the release date you will receive an 80% refund because we are charged 10% and we have to take your name out of our system and jump through hoops to get the money back to you.

 

If you provide the wrong information you will only be entitled to an 80% refund for the same reason, if we can't login to your account we cannot cart your item.
